It seems, as usual ha, we are all unique in our responses to butter. Since ghee has the proteins filtered out, if the milk proteins are an issue for someone, that is a viable alternative. I’m still experimenting.

Ghee is good. And if purchased from an Indian grocery is not prohibitively priced - no more than butter, maybe less - I forget
