Have you checked for hidden food allergies? I stalled for almost 2 years and finally went and got allergy tests. Iām allergic to every single vegetable I ate in keto. Cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, all peppers, broccoli, kale, mustard, etc etc. Stopped the allergen foods, my asthma got better immediately and I dropped 11 pounds in 2 weeks. It was like starting fresh all over again. Itās a potential area to look into.

Look at it as a puzzle to solve. calorie counting sucksā¦So, Iād look at potential food allergies and how much protein you are eating first if it were me.
Iām 4 foot 11 and I find that most protein recommendations are BS for my body. Calorie counting doesnāt work for me, as I feel satiated in a day eating about 800 calories and most things tell you that is badā¦listen to your body first.
how minimal of protein can you eat to maintain muscle mass, test and see. What happens if you up it by 5 grams for a week, see where you start to lose fat again, or where you start to lose muscle mass. up protein until you donāt lose muscle massā¦gravitate towards that number for a while. IT is a pain to have to experiment so muchā¦but it can help.
how much fat do you eat now in a dayā¦how much do you NEED to stay satiated in a day. maybe need more fat⦠If your eating high enough healthy fats for typical keto recommendations ratios that are meant to satiate you, and your still always hungry all the timeā¦iād guess food intolerance is a high possibility.
