IN TERMS OF WEIGHT LOSS:
Okay so I get the low carb count , I try to keep my net carbs at 20-25 per day. I’ve been reading on some other forums and what it sounds like to me is that you must meet your daily protein grams, the fat grams is basically just to cover you when hungry. Is that correct? Am I understanding that you DO NOT have to eat UP to your fat goal (unless hungry). FYI for those of us tracking for now…
What's More Important: Protein goal or Fat?

That is exactly right. Limit your carbs. Eat moderate protein (about 1g/kg of lean mass). Then eat fat until you aren’t hungry.
Of course, it doesn’t really work that way in reality. You eat food, not macros. Pretty much all food is a mixture of at least 2 of fat/protein/carbs. So when I eat, I mainly focus on keeping the carbs low. I eat fatty meats and usually have a little added fat. I personally don’t pay much attention to protein, but I know that some people won’t lose weight and even gain unless they are careful to limit their protein.
