It’s funny but as a new person to big eating changes we read what others do and feel we must be there instantly. I found it hard til one person said why are you monkeying around so much? You know the basic plan, just do that…well duh…that person made so much sense and I just chilled out, did the basic plan, asked a ton of questions and got my footing. as a newbie I started trying a lot of things the ‘on plan a long time’ pro people were doing cause I read many forums and it backfired on me.
I realized just get a good hold on the plan and chill…then later I can experiment…the old don’t run before ya walk LOL
