I RAN home from church to make this cauliflower grilled cheese. I entered the items on MFP yesterday because I was so excited about trying it. Guess what?? DELISH!!!

I do IF 22 so no lunch but dinner is going to be Pork Carnitas in the instant pot! Last night, I did Low Carb Pressure Cooker Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy that @Becky shared with me. It was pretty awesome.

Thanks, I did…114 hours total. My blood sugar is getting too low to continue, which is fine because I’m looking forward to eating some of the delicious food in my fridge!
I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt hungry at lunch. Maybe it’s the butter/coffee in the morning, but following the don’t eat unless you’re hungry mantra, I haven’t.
(Also saves some room for a gratuitous dinner )
