Bought some new butter. Local.
New year so the Kerrygold is sold out. Lolo lol lol
It’s tea for me! I’ve been IF-ing for months now. Breakfast is actually around lunch sometime.
Me too. Sometimes it’s tea instead.
Once or twice a week I’ll have bacon and eggs (fried in butter) or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs just because I love the flavour, but I’m never hungry since switching to LCHF and intermittent fasting. I just enjoy a wide variety of real whole foods at irregular times to suit me once or twice a day.
My breakfast is at 7:30am but its towards the end of my day. Wake up at 7pm and work 11pm-7am so I fast from like 8am to 7am (23/1) with 1 big meal. I got to bed at 11 and do it all over again.
I had 2 eggs over hard salt and pepper and 4 pieces bacon. I have this every morning. (I am a creature of habit mostly.)
But I saw this link this morning and wanted to share. Some great low carb stuff here. Saved a few to try on weekends.
Looks great - I’m in the middle of a 33 hour planned fast, but will be eating breakfast tomorrow - thanks for the good ideas!
I’m actually going to start pushing my break fast out to eat my first meal on non-fasting days at least 4 hours after I wake up. But I also love food and love to treat myself, so this morning I added at least a third of a cup of cream, heavy cream, to my Americano. So that was my break fast.
Today:
-Big hunk of cheese
-Mouthful of almonds
-While running
Someone hit snooze too many times
