Are to taking T4? and it is not converting well to T3?

Not taking T4 - but yeah it’s not converting… and rT3 is high.

I’ve recently doubled my T from 200 to 400 in 3 months. Prolactin came down into normal range also.

Think it was getting rid of xenoestrogens that did it, after reading the book Estrogenation by Dr. Anthony Jay. If anyone wants to do the experiment of before/after Test labs and dropping estrogenics, drop me a line.
