I need some reassurance that I am doing keto right. I don’t use the scale so I ordered a meter. I have been on keto 7 weeks and stay under 20g carbs. I do however go over my protein. My macro allowance is 82g .
When should I test and what will it tell me about my weight losing . I need to loose 75lbs so I don want to waste time doing it wrong but know I must be patient.
Also is over eating protien holding me back from being fat adapted and loosing weight?
What will the Mojo ketone meter tell me
