What to eat and drink on a 48h cruise?

So I’ve been a member here for a while and I’ve eaten earlier according to keto. However, I lost everything and started eating what I wanted, which led to a weight gain.

Now I want to start with Keto again and this time for good.

I will go on a party cruise with friends in 2 weeks from now (cruise is for 48 hours) and at first I thought i would start eating Keto after this. But I do not want to wait and therefore i will begin today.

My question to you is how you would eat and drink during this cruise to keep carbohydrates down and not let go of everything.

I apologize for my English. It’s not my native language so there are probebly a lot of grammatical errors in my text.

If that was me, I would fast the entire 48 hours as I am fat adapted.
But if I had to eat, I would build all of my meals around protein.
I am sure there will be a buffet of salads etc.

If you do keto for the next two weeks before your cruise you’ll be able to eat whatever you want for those 48 hours. The period is so short there will be no chance of a detrimental readaptation. It will be metabolically beneficial, you’'ll gain some water weight which will be gone within a week. Enjoy yourself.
