What to do with steak tips?

I have a couple packages of sirloin steak tips. Does anyone have ideas for what to do with them? I was thinking about cooking them in butter on the stove, and then adding to some romaine lettuce and bleu cheese, but I’m looking for more ideas. What are your favorite ways to cook steak tips?

Step one: Cook 1lb of bacon
Step Two: Cook steak in bacon juice
Step Three: Eat and enjoy!!!

Step three should be: mix in generous amount of Sour Cream.

It would be delicious served over Cauliflower Rice.

This recipe is basically what I like to do with them. I prefer zoodles to cauliflower rice, but either would be good with this.
