Does milk affects the keto diet.

How much carbs a glass of milk has?

I consume 4 glasses of youghort aday, and three cups of coffee with milk

Is it OK keto wise?

Use one of the many food logging/tracking apps and work it out!

I’ll give you a clue… milk contains lactose… know something else that ends in -ose?

Seriously, if you need to ask the question, you need to track your food at least for a while.

I made the mistake of drinking milk in my protein shakes at the start. Now I use unsweetened almond milk . I quickly realised that a glass of milk was my days allowance if carbs … Won’t be doing that again. If you don’t like almond milk have cream in your coffee . Not as bad as milk. Also if you like yogurt try Icelandic skyr … í Love the vanilla one as lowest in carbs . You can buy it in Waitrose in the UK or health food stores in the usa. It’s very high in protein and low in carb. One pot will fill you up so you shouldn’t need more than one in a day.

You might consider kefir. Very easy to make and like unsweetened yogurt also reduces the milk sugar.
