Huge improvement in skin condition (all redness and spots disappeared quickly), better sleep, improved concentration, big improvement in pain from wrist injury.

I get cold sores. Before keto I averaged 1 significant breakout a year–usually following a period of high stress. After starting Keto (Jan 2017), while my body was fat-adapting, I had the worst breakout of my life. My mouth was literally covered end to end. I had four additional breakouts in 2017, none of them as significant as the first. I only bring this up because others may have the same experience–changing diets will stress your body and who knows exactly what will come as a result.

That being said I haven’t had a breakout for 7 months and counting.

My first thought was you are no longer experiencing breakouts because keto is high in lysine. This article mentions the protective effects of keto from a different standpoint. http://health-matrix.net/2013/08/09/the-ketogenic-diet-an-overview/
