Nice clouds today… and Boris having a wee if you blow it up enough…
Edit to add Boris is the dog on the right and not my husband (in case you didn’t know…)

I thought Boris was the former mayor of London, but I couldn’t see him…
Taken by my little one using my phone. My lab. We were walking the dogs together and came across a playground. I said, “Who wants a treat???” in that doggy-voice people do, and this is what happened.
Spring is definitely here, nice blossom on the trees lining the road.
Been in school with M this morning (school invite parents to spend half a day in class with kids each term) and spotted these on my way out. I was in with S yesterday and not sure how I missed them then.
Eyes wide shut obviously!
I have a friend who moved his family from California to Houston in the 1970’s. When they got to El Paso the kids thought they were “almost there” since they were in Texas. They were about halfway.
Anyhoo the first time he saw a possum on his back porch he saw the tail and thought it was a rat. His thought was “I know they always say things are bigger in Texas… they weren’t kidding!!!”
This is Maud, she’s in the worst condition of the four. I chose the four that were being bullied the most and needed love the most
Poor babies. Glad you are giving them a safe loving home to live out their lives.
I love watching mine.
Youre so sweet @Shortstuff. Theyre so lucky you came along. It makes me so sad to see them in such bad shape, I just wanna hug them all. But they’re in good hands with Allie Doolittle
Spent some time at my studio during First Saturday today. Didn’t sell much but had a lot of nice conversations. It was nice to do something from my old life before I became a caregiver.
I’m all emotional this morning looking at my girls and knowing how much they’ve suffered. Yesterday everyone was new, now they’re part of my family and the bond is formed which makes it more difficult see them such a mess.
Today I’m hoping to let them explore the garden a bit while I clean their run out, that will be lovely to see
Went along the coast today to look at an exhibition about the detection of dark matter at a fairly local museum.
One the way back to the car I spotted these
Then I spotted this
Just love the pattern.
Cheeky monkey!
He just has the cheekiest grin going, and he knows how to use it!
A friend crocheted the hat for him for Christmas.
