I learned that my late-night snacking habits have changed (still re-feeding so no guilt about a late snack).
I wandered into the kitchen and spied some andouille sausage in the fridge bin… yum… sliced off a half dozen slices… nuked for 30 secs … and squirted some mustard on top and wolfed them down.
Pre-keto it would have been some processed crap in a box (crackers) or bag (chips). I knew it wasn’t the healthiest choice but I had no idea it was such poison!
