What did you learn today?

(bulkbiker) #385

A lot larger than mine!

#386

It’s not about the size of the organ, it’s how you play it that matters.

(Doug) #387

1.54 hogsheads high here.

(squirrel-kissing paper tamer) #388

I learned that brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand is just asking for a punch in the mouth.

(Karen) #389

:joy: He’s a great engineer. And brilliant, But social things puzzle him.

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #390

Karen,

I’ve got a engr degree and and a computer scientist now. Social things can puzzle me but my wife is very social and I try to learn from her. I can forget however.

(squirrel-kissing paper tamer) #391

I’ve learned that people not doing keto like to look at what you’re eating and tell you if something has too many carbs in it.

(John) #392

@petamarie I need a macro that auto-likes all of your posts.

(Empress of the Unexpected) #393

Don’t run to the bathroom and skid on the rug. End of discussion. No need to be in a rush.

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #394

Rug burn!

(Empress of the Unexpected) #395

Uh, no. You need to join my so-called accountability thread. Rib cage met bathtub. I’m pretty sore but I think, overall, this bodes well for my DEXA scan next week.

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #396

Skid marks!

(Empress of the Unexpected) #397

Well if you say so! No aspirin, no way Ibuprofen, just can’t move in certain directions.

#398

i learned that coffee enemas are a thing :face_with_monocle:

(Running from stupidity) #399

TBF, they’re still better than bleach enemas.

(Carl Keller) #400

This is adorable and priceless!

I was roasting chicken wings at work and co-worker took a good look at them and then at me and said “Those have a lot of carbs in them don’t they?”. The way you he asked, you could just hear the hope in his question.

If it’s Starbucks coffee. the enema probably improves the taste.

(Running from stupidity) #401

FTFY

(Carl Keller) #402

Good call.

Speaking of coffee, I recently learned that there’s an allowable number of insect parts in our coffee grounds.

You might want to sit down for this … after a year of drinking coffee, you can ingest up to 136,080 insect fragments.

(Running from stupidity) #403

What are the macros?

(Carl Keller) #404

Too difficult to determine. Maybe recommending cutting out coffee is a good idea for someone in a stall. The hidden carbs from all those unaccountable bug parts might be pushing them over their 20.
