Oldest daughter made a keto cheesecake for the first time. She is on this keto journey with me. I ate a piece and it was good. Still in ketosis this morning.

Slow cooked pork ribs (bbq 3001 dry rub and sugar free bbq sauce last 10 minutes) and cauliflower salad (cauliflower, egg, bacon, mustard, mayo, pickle, spices).
Mouthwatering! I’ve got some Cauliflower on hand… maybe tomorrow night Cauliflower salad
Omad today. Cauliflower mashed “potatoes “. Added xanthem gum. An Experiment- but gelatinous. Will add less next time. Ribeye, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Bit of kale slaw.
I’ve noticed that too. It seems to go from not quite enough to way too much pretty quick, and it’s definitely not the same kind of thinking flour used to provide, it does have that weird texture.
The steak sure looks pretty
Salad at a seafood restaurant. Shrimp and lobster in the middle. I didn’t eat too many of the tomatoes. Eggs on the left, bacon and avocado on the right.
Brought over half back to my hotel room then melted some Kerrygold to dip the shrimp and lobster pieces in.
Tequila lime shrimp on zoodles. Really awesome recipe. I flambeed the shrimp and had the zoodles raw with a simple dressing.
I’ll get it from her and post it here. Might take a few days. She is working for the next two days.
