What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

(Susan) #1185

Oh okay =). As long as it is working for both of you that is awesome =). I hope he is proud of all your accomplishments with Keto too, as you are doing great =).

(Little Miss Scare-All) #1186

He’s very glad I don’t send him to the store for cookies and a milk chug at 11:30pm on a Tuesday anymore.

(Susan) #1187

Hehe, okay =)

Cheesy Eggs and Spam

(Little Miss Scare-All) #1189

Out of likes :black_heart::black_heart::black_heart:

Did you grab the cheesiest spam slice first?

#1190

No! I saved that for last. :cheese:

(Little Miss Scare-All) #1191

That’d be my method, grab the least cheesiest first and make my way to the bestest one for last.

#1192

Got a house closing tomorrow and a vacation Saturday so meals are quick and easy, if not just a bit childish

(Full Metal KETO AF) #1193

Me too…

We wouldn’t want to be anti-climactic :cowboy_hat_face:

(Susan) #1194

That actually looks quite yummy @acnickel

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #1195

That looks delicious and has inspired me to make a specific grocery list for this weekend :joy:

(Karen) #1196

What’s The green smoothie?

(Mandi) #1197

How are the bzoodles?

(Elizabeth ) #1198

Avocado, spinach, collagen, chia, matcha, powdered greens, sweetener ( I’m weak), almond milk, and ice.

Crispy Wings
Panko Coating:
Crush up some pork rinds
Sprinkle in some Parmesan cheese
Add in a little Montreal chicken seasoning
Fresh pepper or chili flakes for heat

Directions:
Brush the wings all over with mayonnaise
Roll in the panko mixture packing into all the nooks and crannies
Bake skin side up for about 45 minutes at 325
Drizzle melted butter over wings half way through the cook

I like to serve with a 50/50 Louisiana and melted butter dip, a little blue cheese sauce on the side.

@ClareBear Your definition of big is very different to mine. No wonder I am “big” too.

#1202

Honestly, like a thin omelette with more cohesion. Which makes sense. Just had them with butter and salt so not much to hide the texture. I’ll probably make them again to try other sauces, and when I’m in emergency desperate pasta cravings but not regularly. I would like to try lasagna too. I was never really an egg noodles person to begin with.
Also the transglutamase kind of freaks me out with regards to accidentally inhaling it or getting it on my skin.

(Jody) #1203

1/2 lb burger w/ Munster, chicken liver, 2 green onion sausages.

(the “bits” on the burger and liver was the blood from the liver container that I cooked as well.)

God this was yummy. Just wish there was more of it :joy:
