Friday OMAD:

I don’t know what “leftover beef” is either Elle and I used this recipe - super easy! I used G Hughes brand sugar free bbq sauce (entire bottle) and I actually didn’t have enough swerve brown sugar so I used half swerve brown sugar and half Lakanto monkfruit sweetner (golden). Slow cooked on low for 8 hours. Fall off the bone tender
