Stuck here at work late, due to a snow storm. So I won’t get home until sometime late tonight. … We had plans to do Fish tonight for an OMAD, but the Wife actually sent me a link to the Arby’s Meat Mountain Sandwich earlier today. (We had discussed it before, but I just never got one.) And I did want to get out of the office for a break a little while ago, so went ahead and picked one up for my OMAD. - Apparently it’s just a sample of all the meats they carry, on top a couple Chicken Tenders. (Pushed it back in the bowl some for the pic, to show the Tenders.) Wasn’t bad overall, but I also added some Mozzarella Sticks. Just thought it needed a little something extra…

10oz Ribeye, 2 x 8oz burgers w/ farmers cheese. Not pictured was hogshead cheese and cottage cheese
@CrackerJax @KetoSnaps thanks girlies…much better today. That’s what I love about keto…a good sleep usually cures the common cold!
It’s literally my easiest (and favourite) meal to make! Use up any cooked ground meat you have…beef, pork, lamb… put it into an oven dish and make two little wells for the eggs, crack them into the wells and bake in the oven for about 15 mins or until the whites are cooked.

Well, no pics, but for breakfast today I had:
- 2 egg omelet with romano and parmesan cheeses, chopped spinach, and diced green bell pepper
- 2 strips of turkey bacon, pan sauteed in a little olive oil
- a sliced avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper
- coffee with some almond milk and Califia Farms better-half creamer (2 Tbsp each, about 20 cals total)
Very good, very filling.
Toady’s lunch… (OMAD?) - Rotisserie Chicken, Some Pepperoni and Bai Raspberry Tea. Also had some Pecans and 2 squares of Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate.
Steak and Eggs
I’m staying at my best friend’s house since Monday, away from my grill I had to make due with a reverse sear. First time I have tried this. It came out pretty good except I was stuck with a crappy electric stove and couldn’t get a decent sear. I didn’t want to over cook it so I gave up with a weak sear but still very tasty!
My mom made us “sarma,” ground beef+pork wrapped in sauerkraut leaves and cooked shredded sauerkraut, she adds some smoked ribs…delicious totally worth every histamine molecule my body has to get rid of now

I have eaten a lot of salad these last 2 days, I’m thinking a carnivore OMAD tomorrow

I have some friends coming for dinner on Friday amd I’m giving them Raspberry frankenfluff with compote and cream. But I will tell them it’s…mousse😊
Unfortunately I had an abdominal flare up and missed Christmas and New Years eve. I was forced into a 7 day fast so I’m slowly getting back into it. Good thing is, I broke my stall and I’m down to 207 Ibs. (I’m 6ft 3"), I think this might be close to my settling weight? I see that everyone has been cooking some yummy stuff throughout the holidays!
