No pic but last night I cooked a nice dinner for my gf and I - 2 nice sized NY strip steaks, some fresh green beans blanched and then sautéed in butter with shallots, sautéed greens mix (spinach, Swiss chard, and kale), and some baby Bella mushrooms cooked in butter to top the steaks. It was tasty! I also made her a frozen gratin potato from wegmans but I passed on that for myself. I still have leftover green beans and greens so I’ll have that tonight with some salmon.
I took my daughter to breakfast this morning and I got a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta). No, I didn’t eat the potatoes or toast
