Venice-I just can’t bring myself to go there, such a mess with all the tourists, tricky prices, etc. and it’s only 2 hours away from Ljubljana…maybe one day :slight_smile:

I loved it! It was a hot day, not at all smelly, we had a Bellini in Harry’s Bar, a gondola ride, a boat trip nice lunch and a nosey round! One day was enough though!

Deconstructed Jimmy Johns that my boss had brought in (no unwiches, so I tossed the bread)
Some kind of Ethiopian Fish dish made from some leftover griddle seared catfish.

Hey Steve, that looks great ! I always use water, as hot as our sink will get it, which is about 118 degrees, so from there, my 1100 wt SV machine (a VPCOK) takes only a few minutes to get to 135 - 155
