Honestly, I don’t know as I never paid attention the the fat content on labels. At least the too-greasy chorizo I used to buy when I lived in Texas. I already split the chorizo up into smaller portions and froze so I don’t have the label anymore, but the next time I pick some up at the butcher shop I will check it out.

Bit more of a splat on a plate than usual with today’s dinner, but I was too hungry to fuss xD Lunch was little more than a snack as I had nothing prepped (food delivery day) and not enough time to cook.

Bacon wrapped steak and cheese with broccoli and eggs : )
