I got the grill going and quick smoked the Salmon and a cast iron skillet on the outdoor wok stove for some not so Blackened Shrimp. I poured melted Butter all over it and called it Dinner. :yum: :cowboy_hat_face:

It was a combination of mozzarella and cream cheese with some egg. It was super easy to do. The recipe site also had an instructional video which is helpful.

Thanks, @Janie. I’m working off a new cookbook by All Day I Dream of Food, and she mentions Allulose quite a bit, but did say it can cause serious gastrointestinal distress and I just know that’s going to be me. I’m already battling chronic (5-6 weeks now) bowel issues now. Thank you though for the suggestion. I’m just scared to try it at the moment. In fact, I probably should lay off all sweets until things calm down.

Yes you have both been unwell, I am so glad you are feeling better.

Absolutely! Apart from a bit of nose blowing I slept for 10 hours! Pure bliss, and I feel much better.
I’m hoping to get tested though to get back to work. But the testing is a bit chaotic still!

David, there’s a finger-poke test for antibodies that’s pretty readily available here in TX. Not sure what your situation is, but I would be happy to know if I’d already had it.

Not for me. Wheat got me into this mess, & I don’t care how they play with it in the lab, it’s never knowingly going in my body again. I can’t see anything in there that would actually be healthy, and if you started eating keto to regain health, it’s probably a step backwards.

Back to food instead of bugs! LOL I’m finishing off some deli roast beef in a chafflewich with the requisite pickles and romaine. Baking up some chicken thighs for myself and hubby, who comes home today. I’m a bit grumpy because the guy I tried helping by hiring him to personal shop for me got boneless skinless thighs when I was looking forward to making bone broth! :rage: YOU’RE FIRED. :rofl:

If it’s pure erythritol, try adding some stevia. Many say they don’t like erythritol because of the cooling & many say they don’t like stevia due to bitter aftertaste, but somehow both of those traits are cancelled out when used together.

Thanks, @CandyLindTX. I have liquid stevia, and also liquid Stevia Glycerite coming from Amazon Friday. I know liquid stevia is pretty concentrated, just not sure how much to substitute. This is all so new to me. Not sure what exactly the difference is between the liquid and glycerite, but many of the recipes listed it. Thank you for your help.

Couldn’t agree more. I can only tell quickly what part of the week it is by which side my estrogen patch is on. Lol. Sigh.

I’m not going to have anything new today because I have too many leftovers. Sigh. Unless I make a keto bread​:dancer:, but only if my delivery of new ingredients show up :face_with_monocle: It’s a crappy cold drizzly day here.

on the other hand if it’s positive it sounds like you had a nice mild case!! so really it’s win/win I think.
And I am really hoping antibodies will provide future immunity.
