Yes. Pork ribs again- because things like this happen a lot when there’s a smoker sitting on your deck and you never leave home.
To be honest Jax my day wasn’t too bad…i think it was worse for those around me!

No pic today - I nibbled on Brie in the afternoon and ended up skipping dinner. First time that happened. I wonder why I am ravenous one day and sated another. I just flow with it.
Lunch… Fried Eggs, ground hamburger and Sausage Patties. Also 2 Squares Ghirardelli Chocolate, 1/2 oz. of Salted/Roasted Peanuts and 1/2 oz. Almonds. Also had a Zevia Cream Soda.
Another hungry day…I ate my lunch at 9:30am and fully regretted it
Dinner this evening is salmon, cheesy broccoli and roasted asparagus
Scramble with Bacon
Eggs with Sauerkraut and Red Devil Cheese, and Sour Cream.
Tasty but halfway through I’m starting to feel full. Not sure what that’s about. I was hungry when I was cooking.
Pretty bread! Maybe I will try this, my high-carber SO still was hungry after his lunch yesterday and ate some of my (spicy and filled with cheese/pork) keto buns but he strongly prefers his whole-wheat bread… He loves oats so maybe they would help…? But I guess his problem is the bouncy, soft texture due to the fiber… Still, the oats may be helpful. (Why I need to experiment so much I don’t know but it’s fun.)

But I seriously love quiche now, it’s a useful recipe and they always become pretty
They contained greeen spargel today (and the usual smoked pork, no way I left it out). I added extra egg yolks, I think I can stop, it’s a good recipe (but I will get new ideas anyway, I always do).
Dinner… Chicken Tenders, Sausage/Cream Cheese stuffed Jalapeno, Cottage Cheese and some Brussel Sprouts in Butter.
Wednesday TMAD:
Lunch was just a can of Vienna Sausages
Dinner:
2 x 1/3 [GF/F 70/30] Beef Patties, 6oz Salmon, Broccoli w/ Cheese and Butter
I haven’t had steak in a long time. Every time Ive purchased it in the last 3 months, its been tough and all the fat has been cut off.
I finally found 3 decent, fatty, thick cut ribeyes and of all places — Walmart!
I have missed steak.
