That is really awesome, Steve =). I made my channel but only have a few videos so far, harder to do them atm with the family home -but I will make more later =).

(Candy Lind) #625

@cervyn I have not tried Rebel. We have Keto brand, which is OK, but once we tried Enlightened that’s all we bought.

(Brandy) #626

So- that was an awesome video. Looking forward to sitting down to watch the rest. Well polished channel. You’ve got just the personality for this type of thing. Congrats!!

(Jane) #627

Subscribed! You have some yummy looking recipes there :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

(Candy Lind) #628

Sunday dinner, t-bone swimming in butter, cauli-rice with butter & cream cheese, salad with Chart House blue cheese.

PS @Jamboribs Steve, I subscribed, too. Glad to have new stuff to watch!

(Jane) #629

Bacon and eggs for breakfast (no pic)

Made a run to Home Depot for a PVC compression fitting so I can unhook my chicken watering system when I need to. Ran through McD’s and got a bunless double quarter pounder with cheese. Couldn’t finish it so brought it home for Ella to polish off.

Sunday night is curry night, although it’s been a while.

Saag paneer, cauliflower rice with coriander leaves, and the ubiquitous asparagus. Yum!

('Jackie P') #631

Wow! Do you make your own paneer?

We have had fried chicken skin, I now bring you …

Fried mackerel skin (from the pate) !
Fried mackerel and roasted vegetables!
Bloody Marvellous :yum:
Except my house smells a bit fishy! Good job I’ve not got any visitors coming!

(Ellen) #632

Bacon & 3 cheese crustless quiche with asparagus, damn it was filling.

(Steve) #633

Thank you very much!
It’s so much fun too.

#readymeal

Caught in the act… :joy:

(Steve) #635

Thanks, I just finished my 60th video.

(Steve) #636

Thanks for subscribing, very much appreciated to keep me going.

('Jackie P') #637

:rofl::rofl:

(Candy Lind) #638

Fried salmon skin is also quite delish.

('Jackie P') #639

Oh yes! It truly is!

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #640

Erm, actually as of half an hour ago it seems like I do - just straining my first-ever batch now (pic at bottom)! Remembered I had two pints of whole milk that I hadn’t yet made into yoghurt as I seem to have enough yoghurt to be going on with - so you inspired me to get googling!

I’ll report back tomorrow with news of how well it’s gone (or not)…:rofl::rofl:

UPDATE: I remembered I have a cheese mould! Herewith paneer in cheesecloth in cheese mould in colander in bowl under pressure from Mr S’s second-best whisky tumbler!
#allthegearandnoidea

Gonna leave it like this until morning.

#641

I wonder if one could make that using cream instead of milk? Tempted to give it a shot.

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #642

In the tips beneath the recipe a couple of people suggested adding cream - wish I’d thought of that, as I’ve got a quarter of a pint of cream left in the fridge that could’ve gone in!

In fact I might try a (tiny) second batch tomorrow, @velvet, just with cream, to see how well it works…

:cow2: :cheese:

We all decided to do OMAD today, and the Wife wanted me to make some Pizza… So I made a large 30" Pepperoni, Sausage & Bacon. Also had a Greek Yogurt with Ghirardelli Chocolate & Strawberries

Ate a 1/4 slice of it and then had another piece half that size…
