Half a green bell pepper, a couple of radishes and mushrooms, bacon wrapped pork chop. The pork chop was thin and 1/3rd bone, so it was really more bacon than chop. It was very satisfying. Not hungry this morning.

I went shopping for the first time in 12 days! I could of soldiered on but I was running out of essentials! I.e eggs, cream, chicken wings, chocolate :no_mouth:
Made some sausage chaffles to take to work next week


Stuffed some peppers with ragu for when I get home.

And made a chilli with beef mince and sausage
