wow @KetoSnaps we are having a nice spring but no where near the stage of eating outside and liking cool foods. I love living vicariously through everyone
What Did You Keto Today? Part IV
We made goulash today, cooked for 7 hours, deer and beef Since it’s Easter (I’m an atheist, but I celebrate all food-related holidays ;)), I made a lchf potica (our local yeasted dessert, popular during Easter and Christmas).
Decided to eat something for lunch, before starting any work for the day… Scambled Eggs, Sausage Links and Patties, Italian Sausage and some Lasagna the Wife made last night. … Probably OMAD
@Meerkatsandy Cool witches cauldron! Did you cook the goulash in that?
My recipe is so old is was typed on a typewriter!
You can omit the 1/4 tsp sugar and of course the pie crust
Hello all you lovely people…I’m back from a rather unplanned absence. Thank you all for thinking of me, it put a smile on my face to find out you were all asking after me, and thank you to @CrackerJax for passing on the messages!
Just thought I’d mark my return with my foodies for the day:
Scrambled eggs for lunch
Bacon, eggs and mushrooms for dinner!
I sure do hope you’ve all been keeping well during these crazy times
Welcome back @ClareBear --we missed you. I hope that you, your darling daughter, and your Mum are all staying healthy and well =).
Health wise, yes; but anxiety levels are at an all time high – haha oh well --I am sure it is like that for many people atm.
I wasn’t planning to go shopping, but an elderly neighbour asked if I could get some things. I took the opportunity to get some vegetables! (And chicken wings!)
I roasted some vegetables with garlic, chilli and lemon, and had some with brie melted over (no photo).
I finished off the celariac soup too
