Dinner… Brussel Sprouts in Butter, Top Sirloin, Onions and Mushrooms. Plus, the wife gave me 1/2 of hers, since it was one of the 2" thick cuts. … Black Cherry Zevia and 2 Squares Ghirardelli Chocolate.
Smoked a turkey breast (trial for Christmas dinner) for 5 hrs then finished up in the oven to get to 165F internal temp by dinner time.
OMAD… Steak and Bacon Salad. (One of my all time favorites!) Also had a few slices of Cheese and another small Steak on the side.
You all is going to have a heart attack with all that meat and fat!!

A ribeye and two beef patties with butter.
My first time dressing up a previously frozen beef patty with European style butter.
It was revelatory!
Having dispatched the defrosted beef patties, I am now fixing to EF.

Wow. If you live in the US, try going to foodservicedirect.com and type Keto in the search box. I finally found all the ice creams I can’t find around here, plus another bunch of stuff. This is a food outlet for restaurants and supermarkets, so you have to buy a “big box” of whatever. The prices are great, the products the same as in your supermarket.
I actually did a 3MAD today, which is the first time in I don’t know how long? … Wife had made Chili last night and let it go throughout the night, so had some in the morning. Then decided to actually do three meals since I hadn’t done so in such a long time. Mainly wanted to see how I felt overall, plus I was also thinking of doing some Fasting as well, so put in some meals…
Breakfast… Chili
Lunch… Cream Cheese Dip with Pork Rinds, and a large Pulled Pork Salad.
And Dinner… More Chili and a bowl of the Wife’s Shrimp, Sausage and Chicken Jumbo.

Peanut Butter & Jelly burgers for lunch. Burger patties made from ground beef, mushrooms and smoked bacon. Burgers topped with peanut butter, strawberry jam, and scallions.
Dessert: Pralus “infernal” milk chocolate bar filled with whole hazelnuts and hazelnut cream.
Ended up doing TMAD today…
Lunch… Bacon, Eggs and Sausage.
Dinner… Pulled Pork/Stir Fry (2 bowls)

Lunch… Fried Eggs and Chicken Gizzards in Rao’s Sauce.
Dinner… Turkey, with Gizzard/Liver/Heart, etc. Brussel Sprouts. Also had a few Pork Rinds with Cream Cheese Dip, and a few Salt and Vinegar Almonds and a Coconut Bai.
This is what hubby used to call “Goupe Melange”. A bunch of leftovers that were just very small amounts: pork rib, sausage and bacon. Some mushrooms and chard in there too. Served with cheese and cauliflower. Turned out to be delicious.
