If you have an Instant Pot you can cook the pork butt until falling apart tender and then 2 hours in the smoker will give you that delicious smoked flavor. I used a slotted pan in my smoker since I had cut up the pork butt before cooking in the IP and it needed the support. Amazing flavor.

My go-to for pizza (or cheese bread) is Joseph’s Lavash Bread, a flatbread similar to a low carb tortilla, as a crust. I can do it in about 5 minutes these days. But I’ve also done a Cheesebuns crust or a Poblano peppers crust. And, now, with the latest keto craze, chaffles, you could even do Pizza Chaffles.

The Wife has been saying that same thing, for the past week or so. I’ve offered to make her one, but she said she would wait with the fridge issues we’re dealing with. Maybe this weekend? … But I usually use the Fat-Head dough, but honestly don’t have a problem using the Egg-Based ones I do. Easier and not as much cheese, but I also like Eggs and don’t have a problem with the more Eggy-taste. OgreZed looks to have it covered above as well. Can’t say I’ve tried many overall to be honest.
Held off on Fasting per request. So had a piece of London Broil, some Sausage-Kale-Mushroom stuffed Pork Roast, a Knockwurst & some Caul-Egg Salad. Also a Cream Soda Zevia & 2 pieces Chocolate.

Lunch… 3 Knockwurst, Sausage Links, Pepperoni, Cheese, Cauli-Egg Salad Sardines, Cream Soda Zevia and Iced Tea.
Edit: I actually ended up only eating 1/4 of the Cauli-Egg Salad. Just wasn’t feeling it, and it tasted a bit funny after eating the knockwurst. Didn’t seem to go? But I did decide to eat a mini 100 Grand, to which my Wife couldn’t believe when I told her!!! She knows I haven’t eaten a candybar in over 2 years. But I figured what the heck, sure helped with the funny taste and I’m planning on Fasting anyhow.
Lunch… Decided to run out and pick up a Rotisserie Chicken. Was only going to eat half, but couldn’t decide which half… So I didn’t. Also had some Pepperoni and a Cream Soda Zevia.
I’ll be off work and hunting starting tomorrow, and running until week after next. So my hunts will dictate meals or Fasting for the next couple weeks.
I’ve become an expert on finding leftovers and creating something new. For some reason I didn’t do that as a carb eater. Maybe because the processed foods were so endless I never had to use my imagination.

The basic way we make it, is to boil the Cauliflower & Eggs. Cutting them both up into somewhat larger pieces/chunks, probably 1" or so. Then we just add in Mayo, Mustard and Sea Salt. … We don’t usually measure things out, but just simply add to taste. But it makes a nice alternative to potato-egg salad.
The Wife doesn’t actually eat it herself, so I sometimes just mix it up a little, like I do with Deviled Eggs. I’ve added Blue Cheese, Ranch, Sour Cream, etc. - I find they all work well with a variety of ways
