And starting something up that works is always a plus. - I’ve always enjoyed Mushrooms and wanting to try some of the others I’ve only seen on shows, but searches in my area hasn’t produced anything that I was able to find yet.
The Wife just put a slab of Ribs in the oven to slow cook for a while, and I’m thinking about throwing together some Shrimp Egg Foo Young for lunch. … But I’ll definitely be thinking of Mushrooms!
We were just speaking last night about making up some Crab/Mozzarella stuffed Portobello’s. - I’ve done them in a few ways, including Taco-Stuffed, but this will be the first time trying Dungeness Crab
