What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
Do you ever eat more than 2? I feel like I shouldnāt have more but sometimes I have 3 eggs.
Sometimes I eat 6 eggs at once but in all honesty just eat some protein, add some fat until full! Thereās really no right or wrong amount unless you have a goal. Everyoneās body is different. You just have to make changes as you go along to find out what macros work best for you!
Welcome back @Marigrace ! Glad your back to making healthy choices! One thing thatās helped me when I do cheat, is looking at this forum. Just reading it while Iām making bad choices has made me jump back on the horse quicker than I would have otherwise. The support, the people, and the atmosphere of it all brings me back down to earth and back to eating healthy! I think without this forum I would of quit a long time ago, or let my cheats continue on!

When my husband makes us omelettes he uses 3 eggs for each. I just wasnāt very hungry.
Chipotle chicken wings, my first exsperiment with sauerkraut (plain) along with sauerkraut coleslaw. Hallomi fries and garlic & onion sour cream dipping sauce
@runswithdogs Is that homemade sauerkraut or by experimenting do you mean trying for the first time?
Homemade sauerkraut, i also made one with ginger, garlic, chillies & tumric but havent tried it yet. The reg one was pretty good though.
@runswithdogs I have about 8 homemade varieties in my fridge right now, whole top shelf except for a water pitcher!
This is my second time making it⦠but first batch got⦠ummmm abandon for extended period & then threw out as was well⦠a bit dodgy Looking.
So this is the fist lot ive atctully made & eaten. Used kombucha scooby to top with, worked much better then the first batch (plastic bag of water to weigh down)
First time Iāve heard of using scooby, Iāve been using bags filled with brine all along. I use brine Incase they leak. I mostly use 2 liter pasta storage jars, they are ideal and repurposed since I donāt eat pasta anymore!
I have never had a batch go bad this way, the key is the headroom at the top.
