Oh, I’m jealous. Rosemary doesn’t generally do well in yards here in northern Utah.

My nephew lived in house (for awhile anyway) that had a perfect micro climate for rosemary. He had the most beautiful rosemary plant in the corner between the garage and the house. He and his partner didn’t like it and ripped it out. I wanted to cry!

Pizza was too filling, couldn’t eat enough. So I made some dessert, berries and cream:

Avocado is technically a berry. The “cream” is 1 tbsp sour cream quite a bit of lemon juice, almond milk, and some sweetener. Accidentally added too much sweetener, so it’s a lot like traditional strawberries and cream.

Tenderloin medallions with Dijon mushroom cream sauce, & a simple bibb & tomato salad.

I tried a new dressing tonight. It was horrible so, the salad went in the trash. But! The meat was so tender I didn’t even use my knife :ok_hand:t2:

:smile: … Yeah, I can see that. But it does really help keeping stuff fresh and allows the purchase of larger portions too. :slight_smile: We do VS some other stuff, but we mostly use it for meats nowadays.

@Digital_Dave and @Tmdlkwd Also it’s great to show how to save money doing keto on a budget. That and sousvide ready from the freezer. And you don’t get any freezer burn even after a long time. No need to thaw it first for sousvide if you’re using the Joule app, which unlike the Anova app has times for frozen and fresh (I use a generic sousvide pod). Very convenient and economical when I buy super sized family packs of chicken and large beef or pork cuts. :cowboy_hat_face:
