I either bake them in a ramekin that is about 5 inches in diameter (then slice horizontally), or in a Wilton breakfast sandwich pan.
The first sandwich I’ve had in 10 months!? Made a low carb loaf of bread. First time making my own. Less than 2 carbs per slice.
I make cheesy biscuit type things in them, 90 second bread (which I bake), and even pancake/waffle batter for a sweet option.
This is what I had for dinner yesterday…
I call is ‘Asian inspired salmon, noodle salad’. I should mention that the noodles are shirataki style with no soy. They are very keto friendly.
Low carb Cinnamon Toast Crunch–it’s what’s for lunch (dinner, snack, WHENEVER!!!). I used Swerve in place of coconut sugar in recipe and rolled it between two silpat mats, cut and baked. Served in Silk unsweetened, vanilla cashew milk. YUM!!!
