I used a mix of avocado oil and lard. I did it in a big cast iron skillet and had just enough to barely cover them. And yes, it’s the Thai style Fried Pork Belly recipe that I used. Worked very well.
Hi, no it wasn’t just for one person. I made an entire 5 lb package. I even froze some for later. It’s very filling.
Been keto following for 2 weeks now. Love it so far!!! I have been starting the day with 1 BPC, today I thought I would try 2 as I was finding myself hungry before 12:00. That was at 7:30/8:00 am. Lunch at 1:00, Turkey sausage, 2 hard boiled eggs with 1/4 C homemade spicy mayo, 1 avacado. Delish!! My last meal of the day is dinner at about 6:00 PM.
Is this considered a 16:8 fast??
As well, does anyone have input for me as to how ketostrips compare in accuracy to a meter??

I make that recipe and use organic refined coconut oil (it doesn’t have the coconut flavour) and it works well.
Woohoo! I finally did it, I made Fat Head Pizza and it was great, if I do say so myself (lol). I made my own tomato sauce from vine ripe tomatoes because I couldn’t fine any low carb at the store. I’m glad I finally made it because now it part of my new WOE.
Haven’t tried it yet, but I plan on quick frying it again once it’s thawed when I do. Fat crisps well, so I think it should be good.

I’m fasting today (and maybe tomorrow and Sunday) but I made keto SOS (Shit on a Shingle AKA biscuits and gravy) for my sister and dad. And mom made berry souffle for them as well.
