I’ve tried this recipe with different cheeses…I can’t get them to form…I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. When I followed the recipe exactly they formed but then fell and just tasted like rubbery cheese

I wrap things in lettuce. To be honest 5 months out I do not bother much with sandwich foods. I did in the beginning.
You could make keto pancakes and leave out any sweetner

Fathead or Matthead pizza crust can be baked and used as bread. I’ve done it and consider it fairly tasty and an acceptable bread substitute.
