What 2 weeks can do

I was encouraged through reading the tips here to establish a set of measurements to compare back to periodically. I measured 16 days ago using 9 measurement points. I included upper arm, wrist, thigh and calf to the standard points as I gain from the center out and lose from distal points inward towards the center. I measured again today and I am indeed losing in that pattern. I have lost 12 pounds during that time and 8 total inches. I do recommend do the more detailed measurements because it will help you recognize the weight loss that occurs across your body and not just the central fat.
