One hazard of living in Wisconsin.

OH! My dyslexia kicked in and I read the title as …“at the Cheesecake Factory

I came here expecting carnage and woe, but was more than pleasantly surprised.

Nice buy!

:joy:

#4

LOL! I was afraid someone might mistake it for that.

#5

Oh yes. Breakfast of champions.

(Joy) #6

Oh, yeah, my fellow cheesehead! :cheese:

(Kelly ) #7

Never thought I’d say I miss living in Iowa to have close proximity to Wisconsin  I can hear those curds squeaking all the way from here in Ft. Lauderdale.

(Jim Russell) #8

As a former Minnesotan, I know exactly what you mean.

(Ryan Lindsey) #9

I don’t think that’s dyslexia, that’s dyslexabetes.

Lol, me too. I did that a few months ago, did lettuce wraps and the low carb cheesecake. A bit carb heavy but totally worth it.

(Carpe salata!) #11

they have an excellent HUGE avocado salad. Just don’t follow up with the anniversary celebration cheesecake

#12

@iamse7en @Peter I do love the Cheesecake Factory. Fortunately we only ever go there on vacation. I survived somehow and kept keto last time we were there. I think I had a salmon salad or something.

(Cathy) #13

Exactly me! LOL!

We have a dairy farm that makes there own cheese about an hour away from me in Texas. They are extremely good, they are transplants from WI. One of their cheeses is made with shinerbock beer poured over the curd. Another uses a local wine poured over the curd. My favorite is their triple cream blue cheese.

Where in TX is this? I’m in Austin, but I’d drive a ways for great cheese.

(Doug) #16

Good to see you, Jim. :slightly_smiling_face:

(Robert Hollinger) #17

(Jean Taylor) #18

Am i the only one who saw cheescake factory but instead of thinking binge hoped they had new amazing lowcarb cheesecake?

(Jim Russell) #19

Yeah, you too Doug. I fell off the wagon hard. But I’m back.
