Did my normal 16-8 IF today and had a late lunch… around 1200 kcal.
Dinner rolls around and I am hungry- I am also trying NOT to be too calorie light as I don’t want my body in starvation mode buuuut according to MFP I am already at 30g of Carbs (I am convinced MFP lies about as much as the scales but ya gotta have SOME estimate or base line).
So what to do?
I picked up a large spoon and scooped up a large portion of butter and ate that… and it was not pleasant. It was salty and well, buttery and felt a bit gross. I then lost my appetite for doing that a 2nd time and took a half spoon of sour cream that was left… strange but I am used to eating with other things so that was ok, then finished off with a few spoons of coconut oil.
I want to avoid doing that again if I can.



. I also like to wrap my butter with some sliced meat like salami, ham or something the like.
