Weightlifting in the open air?

I have started (again) a keto diet. I know moderate exercise is good. I used to bike a lot before, but now I have no time to do 2-3h journeys.

I have been thinking what to do about it. A good possibility would be to take a bike here in Barcelona (you can take them for free up to 30 minutes, if you pay a yearly rent, which I do) along the beach, and then go to one of the open air weightlifting areas we have in the beach, such as the one here:

I usually see there are young men doing exercises there, but I do not know where to find routines for me. Ideally, I would like to do short routines every day (say 10-15 minutes, the time I need to wait to take another 30-minute bike), so every day I use a different muscle. In a week, hopefully I would use all my big muscular groups.

How can I see, maybe in some webpage, exercises I could do with these open air bars for weightlifting?
