Weight not shifting after five weeks
I was having the same issue with very limited weight loss. * My opinion only * but the female body is stubborn! The only thing that helped me was to start fasting and keep exercise minimal (I can pick it up later). Good luck to you!!! Listen to Jason and Meghan with regards to preparing your body for fasting. (I’m new to it and their advice is golden)
It certainly is stubborn. I have to say I do exercise with gusto, and I can see from other posts that may not be a good thing initially. Hard to turn down the dial though. It certainly helps you feel better after a gym session.

I’d say that’s a cold, hard fact.
Women’s bodies are design to hold onto weight in case of pregnancy.
You would think after 44 years my body would get the message that it’s not going to happen, but alas, it still wants to prepare… just in case.
And then the universe has a good old chuckle by making the extra pounds harder to shift once you think you’ve cleared those child-bearing years!!!
No clue and I asked BEFORE and never received a response which is kind of infuriating because I did ask. Oh well. It’s all good but SINCE I credited the Dudes for helping me as I began this journey you would think it would be allowed.
