Well it happened this morning. I got on the scale and I broke through the 180 pound barrier to clock in at 179.9 lbs. I started on July 10th 2018 and here is my weight graph that includes my three month stall. It has been a fun ride with no changes planned so it is KCKO for me.

So what got you off the plateau? EF? reducing nuts and dairy?

It started with cutting mct oil in coffee and other fats in the morning. Later I started fasting through breakfast several days a week. I also run out of macadamia nuts.
