Weight loss and stalling

Just wanted to give my view after a year… what I’ve noticed is that I usually only lose weight now every 1 or 2 weeks in a month and usually only a pound or two, but the difference is now I don’t panic when I stall I understand that my body is just adjusting to the lose and then is happy to start to shed a few pounds again. I only eat 1300 calories a day and within a 4 hour window but I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve been in a long time, my thyroxine medication is being reduced every 6 months so hopefully within another year I will be either off the meds or at the lowest dose. Keep on keto… it’s for life!
