Weight gain help

Hi, hope someone can help with my dilemma…
I lost 40lb on keto 3 years ago, and have kept it off successfully for the first 2 and half years, I am lucky enough to go on holidays every 2 months or so, each time coming off keto so I can enjoy alcoholic drinks without fear of collapsing after 2 wines!
Each time I get back home I get straight back into keto, no problem and the weight used to just fall back off within a week.
I went away last Sept as usual and weighing my usual 7st 7lb (I am 5"1) came back weighing 8st.(no problem I knew it would drop back off as normal)
By December I could not get any lower than 7st 9lb, had a few days off over the Christmas period, bounced around at 7st 10-11lb
I went away a couple of weeks ago, straight back to keto as usual, I now weigh in at 8st 1lb.
I know that this sounds like I am moaning especially when people out there have a lot to lose but for the past 2 years this is how I have maintained and I love eating keto but at this rate I seem to be adding a couple of pounds every time I come back from holiday recently that will just not shift.
I am a creature of habit so my foods have not changed, I IF 16:8, don’t exercise as I have costocondhritis but do walk for 30 mins per day has anyone else encountered the same problem?
Thank you for reading

Yes - I have same problem. Starting to wonder if the mouse study that showed after being on Keto a long time they regained their weight, is true. :frowning:
