Week 6 Progress Report

Today marks my 6th week. This is my second time doing keto and this time seems much easier as I’ve learned from my mistakes of last time and I have these fourms and 2KD to keep me motivated. You guys and all the people here are such inspirations, I can’t thank you enough.

Today I hit the 20lb mark! My energy is up, my mental clarity is back, my skin is great, my eyes are brighter, and I’m generally in a better mood. :grinning: I have 8lbs to go to my first goal, and 80lbs to my ultimate goal.

Here is my progress so far. Week 4 was shark week, so I’m thrilled that I only had a 1lb gain, especially since I started the day before my weigh-in day. HELLO woosh this week! I tested my ketones fairly often this week and I’m finally in optimal range!
