Week 3 and losing steam

I’m on week 3.5 of keto and I’m just losing motivation. I don’t feel any different and have started questioning why I’m doing this. How do I know this is going to be a healthy, effective way of eating worthy of sticking with? I mainly started keto to regulate blood sugar and because of all I’ve read about it balancing out your body. I was also hoping to help resolve stomach issues but so far nothing. I wasn’t doing this to lose weight although it would be nice but nothing there either. Help?

3.5 weeks is still early days. If you need motivation, read articles on DietDoctor.com and listen to 2Dudes podcasts for your ‘why’ and for confirmation that it IS a healthy way to live.

To be honest, we aren’t here to convince you.
But we can tell you that there’s thousands of us here who keto has helped improve a myriad of issues, and not just resulting in weight loss.
What is your why?
Why do you want this?
It will only get worse if you return to the SAD Lifestyle, that’s what got you here in the first place.
You’re 3.5 weeks in, that’s a drop in the ocean compared to some of us. You need to commit to this and research. We are happy to answer your questions and lead you to the water but we can’t make you drink.
