I have eaten Keto for years and restarted after a year hiatus. In my first week, I dropped 9 pounds and this week, I have gained 4 pounds back?
I am eating: 75% fat, 15% protein, and 5% carbs. I used a macro calculator that I have used forever and my calories at 1,330 which I am at or slightly below. I am tracking daily on My Fitness Pal and I am right on track with calories and macros.
I am a female, I weigh 130 lbs (normal weight is 115). I’m moderately active.
I am showing large ketones on my tests. Drinking tons of water.
Last week, I had the keto flu symptoms but feel great this week. Is this normal??? I don’t remember having this early on. Are my calories too high?
