My husband and I will celebrate our 4th anniversary August 24, and I was hoping to fit into my “wedding dress” fro the occasion. The dress is really just a pretty, summer dress, semi-formal type. I tired it on yesterday, just wondering how “things are going” and…it FITS!
I am so excited, and only hope that the whole day will be a joy for us both, no matter what dress I have on! But this was a real pleasure and a blessing to see how my body can be healed and “reshaped” through nutritional ketosis/keto eating and a good charge of IF as well. Hallelujah!

Thank you so very much, I’m tickled and hope my DH will be too! he’s been losing with a 16:8 IF, but I don’t think he’s likely to join me on the keto side. Maybe tomorrow!
