My scale and app give me a water mass percentage . Has anyone noticed that as weight decreases, Body Water Mass Percentage goes up? Any explanations ? Surely this can’t continue or I would become a puddle…
Maybe track and correlate what you’ve eaten & drank along with what your scale tells you? Just a thought. (Nerd here)
Yes good thought. I do drink ALOT of water. Usually end the last couple hours of the day with a liter or more . Thanks
