Water intake and urinating...sorry :/

So I have a 40oz hydroflask and fill it up at least 3x’s a day. Its pretty much been a norm for me before I even thought about Keto. When I first started keto,( June 25, 2018) , I was peeing a lot, like I normally have in the past, but I feel that over the past week or so im not peeing as much and Im wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if it’s normal. Sorry if this is a little TMI, Im just curious.

Yup, you definitely adapt to the higher water intake after a while and start retaining more of it. I can put away a scary amount before it’s coming back out, downside is my normal weight fluctuation can move around 2-4lbs a day. But it’s only the water.

Is your urine a pale straw like colour? If so it’s good. Pale coloured urine means adequate hydration.
Suggest if you are concerned you see your HCP.

I noticed this whenever I ate certain brands of bacon or too much bacon…I can only assume it was either causing inflammatory reactions or was just wayyy too much sodium for my body.

I have the opposite problem, I have to pee constantly, and get up a lot during the night to go as well.

I am normally at home, but when I have to leave the house, I have to make sure I am going somewhere where I can quickly access a bathroom, and/or I try not to drink very much before I have to leave the house.
