Was called 'tiny' yesterday!

I live/work with teenage girls who have had front-row seats during my keto journey. Even though I still have over 80 lbs to lose, yesterday one of the girls said 'Mrs. Suzanne, you’re tiny!":grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:
Also now fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in 7+ years. Yea keto!!!

Ha! Suzanne, that is great. Good job on sticking with your program.

Congratulations! When those things happen for me I feel this intense surge of commitment to what I’m doing, love it!

Thanks @OldDoug! My main motivation has been I don’t ever want to again feel the same way physically that I have for most of my life - worn out, nauseous all the time, an emotional minefield, achy, etc. That has been the one thing that keeps me from giving in to cravings or quitting. I remember how I felt on carbs and I am so done with that!

You said it right @Michael!
